3/4'' tongue and groove plywood, screwed, glued and laid on I beam system
Walls
2 X 6 at 16'' O.C. with fiberglass insulation R-20.
Electrical and Plumbing
Fully wired inside the walls and floors. 3/4'' pex pipes fully installed for hot water heating as required.
Roof System
All trusses are lifted up and tested at the factory. Roof pitch from 6'/12' which is standard to 12'/12'.
Interior Finish and Woodwork
A wide selection of Kitchen cabinets are available including hardwood, melamine and thermoplastic. The styles and color selections are endless to suit everyone's needs.
