Welcome to Pro-Fab Homes

At Pro-Fab Homes, we are very proud or our state-of-the art manufacturing plant and our doors are always open to visitors.

We welcome the opportunity for you to meet our dedicated employees and to show you the exceptional quality and pride that goes into each and every Pro-Fab home.

While visiting the factory you will also have the opportunity to tour our model homes located beside the factory. These model homes feature many amenities as well as standard options available.

Factory tours are available Tuesday thru Thursday if you are interested in a tour of the factory please make arrangements with you local dealer or contact us for an appointment. 1-877-552-HOME (4663)

We are located twenty minutes from Quebec’ city and only 60 miles from Jackman, Maine at 395 Route 112, Vallee’ Jonction, QC GOS 3JO

Technical Design

As a part of our commitment to help you achieve the "perfect" home, we have an extensive variety of plans to choose from. Our customer has also the opportunity to modify any of our plans and even submit your own plans.

Construction Environment

Constructing your new home in a controlled environment eliminates damages and construction delays caused by weather. We are able to construct our homes to much higher quality standards that can be attained using traditional on site construction methods.

Floors

-Fab is using engineered "I" beams that increase the sturdiness of the floor. The flooring is covered with subflooring 3/4 tongue & groove, which is glued and screwed to the joists.

Walls

All our exterior walls are built with 2" x 6" every 16" O.C and are covered with Tyvek paper which is a water and air barrier.
